DescriptionSubseries contains original and photocopies of the scripts for the thirteen-part bbc radio drama titled 'Shadow on the Sun' which first aired in December 1961. After the airing of the radio series, Stanley Kubrick brought the rights to story with the aim to make it into a film. Also included in the subseries is story and development notes by Stanley Kubrick and a synopsis of the story by Anthony Frewin, Stanley Kubrick's assistant. The project was not taken further than the early development stages. Also included are two letters related to the scripts.
