Includes a copy of 'Normas Provisionales para la Instalacion de Bibliotecas Provinciales, Comarcales Y Municipales', regarding the implementation of public libraries. It also includes 'Milicias de la Cultura Frente del Centro: Plan General de Trabajo', listing subjects that should be taught to people in different levels of education. There is also a leaflet about the film 'Defence of Madrid', made in Madrid in Nov 1936 by Ivor Montagu and Norman McLaren and first performanced in London, on the 22nd November 1936.
