DescriptionContains 'The Rescue of Living History', a report looking at the needs of The National Film Archive, London, 1969, 'Problems of Storing Film for Archive Purposes' by H. G. Brown for the National Film Library, and the fourth revised edition of 'Rules for use in the Cataloguing Department of the Natinal Film Archive' for the British Film Institute [BFI], 1956, with a letter of accompaniment form Ernest Lundgren, dated 9 Oct 1956. There is also a letter to Dickinson from Lundgren, dated 16 Nov 1956, regarding obtaining a copy of World Melody, and commenting on the FIAF rules. It also comments on the whereabouts of Dickinson's film 'Gaslight'.
