The contents include a booklet with the same title, about Dale's experiences relating to her being a white South African and the reaction this has had throughout her studies, about her difficult experiences with tutors at the University of the Arts. who were not supportive of her wanting to explore her African culture. The box also contains a small print copy of the booklet, on one folded sheet of paper, with a set of waxed drawings, photographs and quotes, with a grey stone on top of them.
